Martha Mariam Samajam (MMS) Since the establishment of this parish, the Martha Mariam Samajam has been functioning as a pivotal entity for the growth and spiritual enlightenment of all therein.
The Martha Mariam Samajam, with the guidance and teachings of our forefathers, have been meeting on a regular weekly basis singing angelical hymns and enthusiastically studying the varying aspects of our Orthodox faith.The members of this prestigious Women’s League have comprehensively and tirelessly studied various portions of the Holy Bible.
For this past year, the members, with the aid of our Vicar, Fr. George Daniel, have been analyzing the Book of Revalation. For the enhancement of our spiritual growth, we have embarked on a new mission in analyzing the book of Philipians.
In addition, we are planning new monthly Bible studies.This unit of the Martha Mariam Samajam has been actively participating in various fundraising events. These projects included selling fabrics at appraised value, of which the full amount was sent to India for promoting charitable works.
